I am Joanne De Vasconcellos and, as one of Perth’s youngest civil marriage celebrants, my aim is to provide you with a wedding ceremony that is modern, fresh and vibrant, while still capturing the elegance and beauty of traditional weddings.

I am based in Perth, Western Australia, and I officiate ceremonies anywhere in Australia.

All ceremonies, regardless of size, style or location, are important to me, and will be given the high level of care and professionalism that they deserve.
